สำหรับงาน VGX 2013 (ชื่อเดิมคือ VGAs) เป็นงานประกาศรางวัลและเปิดตัวเกมดังต่างๆ ที่จัดขึ้นทุกๆปีอีกงานหนึ่งโดย Spike TVครับ
สำหรับผลรางวัลในสาขาต่างๆของปีนี้ ได้แก่

- Studio of the Year – Naughty Dog

- Best XBOX Game – Brothers : A Tale of Two Sons (505 Games/Starbreeze)
- Best PlayStation Game – The Last of Us (Sony Computer Entertainment/Naughty Dog)
- Best Nintendo Game – Super Mario 3D World (Nintendo)
- Best PC Game – Gone Home (The Fullbright Company)
- Best Handheld Game – The Legend of Zelda : A Link Between Worlds (Nintendo)
- Best Casual Game – Animal Crossing : New Leaf (Nintendo)
- Best Voice Actor – Troy Baker ให้เสียง Joel จาก The Last of Us
- Best Voice Actress – Ashley Johnson ให้เสียง Ellie จาก The Last of Us
- Best Soundtrack – Grand Theft Auto V (Rockstar Games/Rockstar North)
- Best Song in the Game – Will the Circle Be Unbroken ร้องโดย Troy Baker และ Courtney Draper จาก Bioshock Infinite
- Most Anticipated Game – Titanfall (Electronic Arts/Respawn Entertainment)
- Character of the Year – The Lutece Twins จาก BioShock Infinite
- Best Mobile Game – Plants VS Zombies 2 : It’s about time (PopCap Games)
